Since 1996 Gürteş has been carrying out factory construction, industrial facility and logistics warehouse projects. For the investor, turnkey projects, steel structure facilities, precast concrete industrial buildings and on-site fabrication meet in the same organisation.
In domestic and international projects all processes are carried out from a single source — from design through production and erection, from infrastructure and superstructure works through dismantling, transport and re-erection.
As the number of interfaces decreases, so do the risk of delay and gaps in responsibility.
Moving a facility to another location is a different engineering task from building a new one: element numbering, the transport plan and the re-erection sequence are set out in advance.
That steel and precast systems can be dismantled means the investment itself can be moved.
